Section 11(1) in Bihar District Mineral Foundations Rules, 2018
(1)The expenditure and utilization of fund accrued under the District Mineral Foundation shall be done as per the Pradhan Mantri Khanij Kshetra Kalyan Yojana (P.M.K.K.K.Y.) details of which are annexed as Annexure-I and/or in a manner as decided by the Central/State Government from time to time.
