Section 17(i) in Orissa Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Conditions off Preventive Detention) Order, 1979
(i)assault, insults, threatens or obstructs any prisoner or detenu or any officer of the jail or any other servants of the Government or any person employed in or visiting the jail; or
