(2)The commission constituted under sub-section (I)shall inquire into and report on-

(i)The working of the University during the period to

which the inquiry relates;

(ii)The financial position of the University;

(iii)Any change to be made in the provisionsof this Act

or the Statutes Ordinance, Rules and Bye-laws madethereunderwith a view to bringing about improvement in the affairs ofthe University; and

(iv)such other matters as may be referred to it by the

Government, and make such recommendations to theGovernment as it thinks fit.
