Section 2(1)(viii) in Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering including Technology/Pharmacy/ Architecture and Planning Courses Common Entrance Test Rules, 2007

(viii)"Convenor" means a person, not below the rank of a Professor, appointed by the Competent Authority in consultation with the Chairperson for conducting the PGECET and performing such other functions relating to the said test as entrusted to him by the Competent Authority.
