3. Trade and Unlawful possession of gift good
. - If any person -(a)trades or is found to have traded in gift goods,(b)is found, or proved to have been, in possession of any gift goods reasonably suspected of being stolen or unlawfully obtained and cannot account satisfactorily how he came by the same, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
