13. Record to be made by the Forest Settlement Officer.
- The Forest Settlement Officer, when passing any order under Section 12, shall record in as precise terms as possible and so far as may be practicable -(a)the names, father's name, residence and occupation of the person claiming the right; and(b)the designation, position and area of all fields or groups of fields, if any, and the designation and position of all buildings, if any, in respect of which the exercise of such right is claimed.
