Section 61 in Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board Act, 1973
61. Authentication of orders and other instruments of the Board.
(1)All orders and decisions of the Board shall be authenticated by the signature of the Secretary or any officer of the Board authorized in writing by the Board in this behalf.(2)The Managing Director or any officer of the Board authorized in writing in this behalf may sign on behalf of the Board any agreement or other instrument to be executed on behalf of the Board.
