Section 15(1) in Andhra Pradesh Universities Act, 1991
(1)The Registrar shall be a wholetime paid officer of the University appointed by the Executive Council for a term of three years or less and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes, provided that he shall not continue in that office for more than six years.
