Section 12(b) in Mizoram Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Community Certificates Act, 2014
(b)every offence punishable under this Act, shall be tried summarily by any Magistrate of First Class and provisions of sections 262 except sub-section(2) to 265 both inclusive of this Code, shall as far as possible may be applied to such trial.
