Section 7(1)(i) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Metering) Regulations 2007

(i)Energy measurement during demand period will be such that sampling in the meter is synchronized with that of the time block ending otherwise energy measured in a demand period but not stored in that period shall be carried forward.
