7. Restrictions of rights and obligations of third parties.
- Upon the transfer being effected in accordance with the provisions of the Act and this Scheme, the rights and obligations of all persons shall be restricted to the Transferee to whom they are transferred to and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any deed, documents, instruments, agreements or arrangements which such person has with the Board, he shall not claim any right or interest against the State Government, Board or any other Transferee.
