(10)Two ounce medicine glass :Provided that the State Government may by general or special order, exempt from the provisions of this rule, public service vehicles plying in such area or areas or on such particular route or routes, and on such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order, if they are satisfied that medical aid is readily available in such area or areas or route or routes.
