From the affidavit-of-service, filed in Court today, it appears that the respondent/husband has been duly served with the copy of the order dated 24th March, 2017 passed by us, yet, there is no appearance from his side.

ACO We direct the respondent/husband to remain personally present in Court on 28th April, 2017, when the applications shall be listed once again under the heading "For Orders".

Let a copy of this order be served on the respondent/husband by the learned advocate for the appellant/wife within a week from date.

A copy of this order shall also be served on the General Manager, Eastern Railway by the learned advocate for the appellant/wife for onward transmission to the respondent/husband and a compliance report filed on the next date.

It is made clear that if the respondent/husband chooses to remain absent on the next date, we shall be constrained to secure his presence on a future date by issuing a warrant of arrest.
