Information may be asked for in one application in respect of one matter from a single record or register and shall ordinarily be limited to a single question.Note. - Questions regarding particulars of any document or record necessary to be inserted in an application for copy for its proper identification (e.g., date of document, date of disposal, number of the case, names of parties, etc.) will be treated as a single question.
