Section 26(1) in Uttarakhand Technical University Act, 2005
(1)The State Government shall have the right to cause an inspection to be made by such person as it may direct, of any college, including its buildings, laboratories and equipments and also of the examinations, teaching and other work conducted or done by it, or cause an inquiry to be made in respect of any matter connected with the administration and finances of such college.
