Section 3(1) in West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 2012
(1)The Chairman of the Commission appointed under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 1978, (West Bengal Act 62 of 1978); shall be re-designated as Chairperson of the Commission under this Act and shall continue to hold his office as Chairperson, subject to provisions of sub-section (6) of this section or till he has been removed from, or has vacated, his office.
