15. Declaration of assets, professional and commercial engagement or involvement by Secretary.
(1)The Secretary of the Commission shall file return of assets and liabilities in the Form A of the Schedule annexed to these rules.(2)The Secretary of the Commission shall also declare his professional and commercial engagement or involvement on his first appointment and at the time of demitting office in Form B of the said Schedule.
