4. Factors to be considered in granting or refusing permission for construction of proposed cold storage.
- In granting or refusing permission for construction of proposed cold storage the Licensing Officer shall regard to the following factors, namely :(i)the number of the cold storage already operating in the area in which the cold storage is proposed to be constructed or expanded and the availability of foodstuffs for storage in such cold storages ;(ii)whether the design of the cold storage given in blueprints is complete and in order as per specifications given in the Schedule and Part C of Form B.
