Section 27(2) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(2)The Academic Council of the Cluster University shall have the powers to appoint a Standing Committee of the members of the Academic Council of which not less than two third shall be the Cluster University Professors, Associate Professors, Principals, or Teachers of constituent, autonomous and affiliated colleges not below the rank of a Professor or Associate Professor and to delegate to it such of its powers as it may deem fit. The Standing Committee shall have power to invite experts, whenever necessary, for advice on a particular matter under consideration.
