Section 28(1) in Rajasthan Ayurved Nursing Council Act, 2012
(1)No person shall establish an Ayurved Nursing Institution or conduct any course in Ayurved Nursing subjects for preparing students to obtain any recognized Ayurved Nursing qualification, without the recognition by the Council.
