Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing: The following were present Appellant: Mr. Vikas Kumar Day through VC Respondent: Mr. Satyakam CPIO through VC The appellant stated that he wants to know whether any appointment has been made for the post of GDS and if so the details may be provided. The CPIO stated that the appellant has already been informed that no appointment has been made till date. The appellant stated that the respondent may inform him the name of the candidate(s) and cut off marks after the selection process is completed. The CPIO agreed.
