7. Concession tax exemptions etc., -
All fiscal and other concessions, tax exemptions, licences, benefits, privileges and exemptions granted to APCRDA as constituted under Section 4 of the Principal Act, in connection with its affairs and business under any law for the time being in force shall be deemed to have been granted to AMRDA.
