Section 29(1) in Bihar Boiler Operation Engineer's Rules, 1960
(1)No candidate shall be admitted to an examination who cannot produce a satisfactory testimonial certifying his experience, ability, sobriety and general good conduct for the whole period of his qualifying service, as specified in Rule 33. Any break in the period of qualifying service shall be accounted for. Such testimonials shall clearly state the capacity in which the candidate was employed, whether as an Apprentice Engineer, Supervisor, Assistant Engineer, or Engineer and the periods of such employment stating the dates between which the candidate was so employed.
