Section 1 in Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensees, Period for Giving Supply and Determination of Compensation) Regulations, 2014
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement.
- 1.1 These Regulations may be called the "Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensees, Period for Giving Supply and Determination of Compensation) Regulations, 2014".1.2These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.1.3These Regulations shall apply to every Distribution Licensee(s) including Deemed Distribution Licensee(s) and all consumer(s) of electricity.1.4These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
