The learned AGP Shri. Kankal submits that State Government has appointed senior iounsel Mr. Thorat to workout the matter as a speiial Government lawyer. Aiiording to him, there is default on the part of offie of Government Pleader in iommuniiating and briefng the matter. He assures that he takes responsibility of assisting and intimating to said speiial iounsel for the State Government about working out the matter on the next date.
