Section 39A(iii) in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1971
(iii)in the case of Primary Co-op. Society, the persons to be nominated will be eminent public men belonging to the area of operation of the society and actively associated with the Co-op. movement or Government Officials associated with the objectives of the society concerned having atleast two years experience on the respective post;
