Section 27(a) in The Gujarat Sick Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1986
(a)having in his possession, custody or control any property forming part of the sick textile undertakings, wrongfully withholds such property from the State Government or the Corporation or any person authorised by the Government or the Corporation, as the case may be, in this behalf, or
