Section 15 in The West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 1978
15. Act not to apply in relation to certain colleges. -
[Subject to the provisions of section 9A, nothing contained in this Act,] [Words substituted by West Bengal Act 26 of 1993.] shall apply in relation to any college not receiving any aid from the State Government or any college established and administered by a minority, whether based on religion or language.
