Facts:
The appellant vide RTI application dated 13.10.2016 sought information on eight points as under;
1. Cut off marks scored for document verification categorywise and final cut off marks fixed for various categories of candidates, e.g. unreserved, SC, ST and OBC category for the post of Senior Section Engineer.
2. Cut off marks scored for document verification and final cut off marks fixed for various categories of candidates, e.g. unreserved, SC, ST and OBC category for the post of Junior Engineer.
13. Complete list containing names, roll nos., actual marks scored, normalized marks scored, category wise and assigned railway divisions for successful candidates who were called for document verification against the vacancies reserved for OBC category for the post of Junior Engineer.
4. Complete list containing names, roll nos., actual marks scored and normalised marks scored assigned railway Divisionwise for successful candidates who were selected finally against vacancies reserved for OBC category while competing for the post of Junior Engineer.
5. Other related information.
The CPIO replied on 07.12.2016. The appellant was not satisfied with the CPIO's reply and filed first appeal on 26.12.2016. The First Appellate Authority (FAA) vide order dated 10.02.2017 disposed of the first appeal. Aggrieved with the non-supply of the desired information from the respondent authority, the appellant filed second appeal under the provision of Section 19 of the RTI Act before the Central Information Commission on 28.04.2017.
Grounds for Second Appeal The CPIO did not provide the desired information.

Chief Law Assistant, representative of PIO, Railway Recruitment Board During the hearing, the representative of the respondent PIO submitted that they had received the RTI application dated 13.10.2016 on 08.11.2016 and provided the requisite reply vide their letter dated 07.12.2016 and the First Appellate Authority (FAA)'s order dated 10.02.2017. The replies furnished to the appellant are just and proper and hence the case might be dismissed.
2The appellant was not present to plead for his case. On perusal of the relevant case record, it was noted by the Commission that the reply provided is just, proper and comprehensive. Moreover, as the appellant was not present to contest this case, interference of the Commission is not called for.
With the above observation, the appeal is disposed of. Copies of the order be sent to the concerned parties free of cost.
