1. Short Title Extent and Commencement.
- (i) These Rules may be called Disaster Management (Term of office and conditions of service of Members of the State Authority and pay and Allowances to members of Advisory Committee) (Amendments) Rules, 2009.(ii)These Rules shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
