1. Any citizen of this country can get the NRHM news letter from the state NRHM Directorate or IEC division M/o Health and Family Welfare, Nirman Bhawan or Publication Division M/o Health and Family Welfare (Mass mailing unit), Kotla Road New Delhi through written request.
2. Copy of framework for implementation of NRHM is enclosed.

The PIO states that he has informed the Appellant by his letter of 24/11/2009 that any resident of the Country can get NRHM News Letter by writing to State NRHM Directorate or IEC Division, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi through a written request. He also clarifies that there are no charges and news letter is sent free of cost. The PIO has also sent a copy of the framework for implementation of NRHM.
