45. Nomination of candidates for election.
(1)Every nomination shall be made on a nomination paper in Form F copies of which shall be supplied by the employer to the workmen requiring them.(2)Each nomination paper shall be signed by the candidate to whom it relates and attested by at least two other voters belonging to the group, section, shop or department the candidate seeking election will represent, and shall be delivered to the employer.
