Section 3(a) in Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulation, 2004
(a)The Commission shall be guided by nine principles as laid down in Section 61 (a) to 61 (i) of the Act, while determining the tariff for (a) supply of electricity by generating company to the distribution licensee; (b) transmission of electricity.
