Section 87(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(1)An employee to whom, pending assessment of final pension, provisional pension has been sanctioned under Regulation 58 shall be eligible to commute a fraction of such provisional pension subject to the specified in Regulation 83.
