Section 25 in The Orissa Forest Shooting Rules, 1973
25.
Any person or persons giving information which may lead to conviction of any person for contravention of the provision of these rules, shall be entitled to reward which may at the discretion of the Magistrate trying the case extend to the full amount of the fine as inflicted by the Magistrate or any case of compensation realised by the officer empowered in this behalf up to the limit of half the compensation realised by the officer empowered to do so.Note - Government employees who give such information shall not be debarred from receiving the above reward.
