Section 19(b) in The U.P. Controlled Cotton Cloth and Yarn Dealers' Licensing Order, 1957
(b)inspect or cause to be inspected any books or documents, and any stock of controlled cotton cloth yarn belonging to or under the control of any person may take such books or documents into his possession;
