Every licence, written permission, notice or other document, not being a summons or warrant or arch warrant, required by this Act or by any rule or regulation made thereunder, to bear the signature of the Commissioner of Police, shall be deemed be properly signed if it bears a facsimile of his signature stamped thereon.
