Section 4(iv) in The Delhi Narcotic Drugs Rules, 1985
(iv)"Chemical Examiner" means the Chemical Examiner, Delhi Administration and includes the Chemical Examiner of the Central Revenue Control Laboratory, or any Chemical Examiner of a local body in Delhi or any other Territory or State as may be approved by the Excise Commissioner for the purpose of these rules;
