Section 34(d) in The Building Regulation in Respect of Lands Covered by the Calcutta Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Act, 1981
(d)The frontage of the site shall not be less than five metres provided that the Municipal Commissioner may relax the provision of the sub-regulation, considering the merit of the proposed construction and may fix height of the building/structure to be erected.
