(1)The contracts or agreements shall be made or executed in accordance with such rules as may be prescribed.(2)A contract or agreement made or executed in contravention of the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder shall not be binding on the Board.(3)The form and manner of executing contracts on behalf of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed by rules.
