Notice of motion in the present petition was issued for 20.3.2012. Notices could not be issued to the respondents due to non-filing of process fee by the petitioner. On the next date fresh notice was directed to be issued and the counsel for the petitioner was to take appropriate steps to serve the respondents. Today as well the office has reported that the process fee has not been filed. Apparently, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the present writ petition.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
