Section 35(1) in Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Tribunal Regulations, 2016
(1)The Bench shall have the powers to award costs of and incidental to any proceeding before it and may direct by whom such costs shall be paid. After the judgment is delivered, a memo of costs shall be prepared and annexed to the judgment or order and signed by the Registrar and sealed with the seal of the Tribunal. Such a memo shall be conclusive evidence of the costs incurred in appeals, petitions or other proceedings.
