Section 8(4) in The Acquisition Of Certain Area At Ayodhya Act, 1993
(4)The owner or any person having a claim against the owner may make a claim to the Claims Commissioner within a period of ninety days from the date of commencement of this Act:Provided that if the Claims Commissioner is satisfied that the claimant was prevented by sufficient cause from preferring the claim within the said period of ninety days, the Claims Commissioner may entertain the claim, within a further period of ninety days and not thereafter.
