Section 53(b) in Bihar Civil Court Staff (Class III and Class IV) Rules, 1992
(b)Employee at his own request may be transferred to another Judgeship, provided however, that in such a case, his position shall be last in the concerned gradation list of categories of such employee in the transferred Judgeship.
