Section 6(1) in The Maharashtra Transfer of Ownership of Minor Forest Produce in the Scheduled Areas and the Maharashtra Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) (Amendment) Act, 1997
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any public servant for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be so done in pursuance of the provisions of this Chapter.
