19. Publication of draft scheme.
(1)When the scheme of consolidation is ready for publication, the Consolidation Officer shall publish it in the prescribed manner in the village or villages concerned. Any person likely to be affected by such scheme, shall within thirty days of the date of such publication, communicate in writing to the Consolidation Officer any, objections relating to the scheme. The Consolidation Officer shall, after considering the objections, if any received, submit the scheme with such amendments as he considers to be necessary, together with his remarks on the objections, to the Settlement Commissioner.(2)The Consolidation Officer, shall also publish the scheme as amended by him.
