Section 40(1) in Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 2000
(1)If any land is required for the purpose of this Act, the Jharkhand Government may proceed to acquire it under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 of 1894), or any other law for the time being in force.
