1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Atal Medical and Research University, Himachal Pradesh] [Substituted 'Himachal Pradesh University of Health Sciences' by Act No. 8 of 2019, dated 1.5.2019.] Act, 2017.(2)It shall come into force on such date, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
