Section 1 in Islamic University of Science and Technology, Kashmir Act, 2005
1. Short title and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Islamic University of Science and Technology, Kashmir Act, 2005.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, appoint.(3)Seat of the University shall be at Awantipora, Kashmir.
