Section 81(1) in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 2014
(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, any member of any authority or body of the University may resign his office by letter addressed to the Vice-Chancellor. On acceptance of the resignation by the Vice- Chancellor, the office of such member shall become vacant.
